CALLING ALL BEER LOVERS!

On Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 6:30PM EST, “HOP(s) On Board” is taking off on a virtual yet interactive craft beer experience.

We’ll all meet in the exclusive VIP lounge for a masterclass in craft beer tasting led by Cicerone Evan Fourgere. You will learn about the components of beer tasting including appearance, aroma, flavour, mouthfeel, finish.

Your FLIGHT attendant will let you know when it’s time to land. You will travel to the Delta Armouries for Flights & Bites, followed by Collective Arts Brewing and Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. for a craft beer tasting. These FLIGHTS are sure to excite your palette. We’ll TOP-OFF the experience, with a HOP Culture Trivia game for your chance to win a prize.

Cicerone Evan Fougere

Cicerone Evan Fougere will be leading a masterclass in craft beer tasting. He will teach you about the five steps of beer tasting and how flavours interact with each other.

Head Chef Patrick Tuck

Patrick Tuck is the Head Chef at the Delta Armouries in London, Ontario. Alongside his Pastry Chef Chloe Gawne, they are going to lead a demonstration on cooking and pairing with beer.

Collective Arts Brewing will be leading a tasting of their new IPA No. 16 in honor of International Women's Day. This IPA is brewed with elderflower and grapefruit!
